What is microdosing and what is all the rage?
Microdosing is the act of ingesting a sub-perceptual amount of psychedelic substances (such as psilocybin and LSD) with the aim to have improvements in various areas of one’s life, without having experienced a full-on psychedelic journey (aka tripping). Users have reported improvements in focus, mood, anxiety, creativity, spiritual awareness, and even cluster headaches.
For a while, microdosing was relatively unknown to many but word has grown as we have seen various media outlets covering it from The New York Times, GQ, Playboy, Wired, The Economist, Double Blind, and Washington Post.
